Replacement of "Hong Kong, China - Qatar Joint Issue on Hospitality" with "Lighthouses of Hong Kong" special stamp issue

"Hong Kong, China - Qatar Joint Issue on Hospitality" originally scheduled for August 2010 is cancelled and replaced with "Lighthouses of Hong Kong" special stamp issue to be released on 29 December 2010. "Lighthouses of Hong Kong" depicts the five surviving pre-war lighthouses, namely Cape D' Aguilar Lighthouse, Old Green Island Lighthouse, New Green Island Lighthouse, Tang Lung Chau Lighthouse and Waglan Lighthouse.
